Technique & the Body (Online) Series

This is an online-only solo class series focused on developing body awareness and preparing your body to dance better by improving strength, extension, torsion, balance and flexibility. Note, this is not meant to be a cardio or conditioning class. Rather, you will learn exercises and stretches focusing on different aspects of movement and the body to improve your understanding, and to train your body for tango.

A yoga mat is recommended but not required. Wear comfortable clothes (pants) that allow you to move and stretch. For your feet, barefoot is best, but have socks/trainers or heels on hand for certain exercises.
